“ We were in Apia for 7 days to attend the CHOGM 2024. We were pleasantly surprised by how neat and tidy the property was and very spacious. My work colleague was a person with a disability and the home was very accessible for her. The hostess went out of her way to ensure that we had everything we needed during our stay. She maintained the home beautifully, checking that rubbish was cleared everyday and fresh towels and sheets were ready on hand. I recommend this property 💯 % to anyone looking……

“We had a beautiful stay and Tim and Maria’s home. They were so welcoming and accommodating throughout our stay. The grounds were immaculately kept by gardener Ioane. Great big space for families. Clean and tidy and kept nice and cool with fans in every room. Well equipped kitchen, great washing machine and restful living areas. Hosts were wonderfully polite and easy to communicate with. Poor cellphone reception if you don’t plan on driving to town daily. Wifi available but not always reliable.……

“Quiet and safe, except for roosters, haha! We enjoyed being at this place. A land phone line could come in handy, but we utilized BlueSky. We enjoyed evenings watching the sunset. Either car rental or taxi is affordable easy and necessary since you are out of town a ways. Great accommodation for the price. Don’t miss out on Touch of Samoa massage nearby; Robert Lewis Stevenson Museum (spectacular) and the amazing Baha’i temple which will warm the hearts of even the most non-religious. And a must……

“The property is lovely, everything you need to have a gorgeous getaway and holiday. The fale is beautiful and really nice and comfortable. The owners were at the property the entire time, even staying underneath the neighbouring property where our family were staying which was a bit awkward. The gardens were being done daily so the weed eater was on for long periods during the day so you didn’t get the peaceful and serene sounds during the day which was not what we were wanting when we booked……

“This property is listed for online booking, which we booked as it was available. I tried contacting the number listed but it’s an incorrectly listed number so we weren’t able to get directions to the home. An Expedia agent tried to as well and couldn’t get in contact with the place neither. We finally found the house after asking around the village for this place only to finally find the place and meet one of the property managers on site, and the manager was shocked that we had booked online as……
