“This cottage has been restored to perfection and was considered a home rather than a house by our family of six who stayed for four nights. The interior could be straight out of a glossy magazine and my Mum (in her 80's) was constantly wowed by the authentic vintage utensils on display. We were fortunate to meet our hosts who were even more charming than their cottage. A leisurely afternoon, with a wine or two or three, watching the delightful AJ sing should be a compulsory component of any……

“Great location for getting around the Clare Valley. Nice quiet area. Well stocked with BBQ, firewood (it got cold at night), kitchen appliances etc. Fridge was very cold as it tended to freeze items at the back of shelves. Beds were very comfortable. Ticked all of the boxes.There was an attack of earwigs mainly due to the first lot of rain for a long time. (they all came out to celebrate).Overall we enjoyed the premisesThanks Peter ”

“Nice quaint cottage. V clean & tidy with good amenities. Only downside was the distance of the toilet from the main bedroom. Bed was super comfortable & the reverse cycle heating a blessing on the chilly nights. The real fire was a lovely bonus in the evening as was the outside BBQ. A small point was the cleaners forgot to empty the kitchen bin so we took it out ourselves. Overall a very enjoyable stay & would book again. Also a fence separating the other Accomodation would have provided more……

“The cottage has everything you need in generous supply. It's like living in a museum with a strong sense of history. I strongly recommend staying at the cottage. The only negatives are the TV reception was faulty and Netflix never worked. Cosy home with a marvellous garden.”
