“Brilliant location. Lovely views, great apartment. One small thing, the light bulbs are a very white stark bright light,it would be nicer with a warmer bulb as it felt too bright and corporate. But the whole apartment is great x lots of room. The hotel room service was excellent. Really helpful and friendly ”

“First, it is well located, the village is nice, close to many things, yet not in city center, the organisation of the house is confortable, the pool excellent. Then, you might guess we have some grievances among which: A lot of humidity in the kitchen (cupboard under the window), it smells substantially, The bath in the first floor bathroom leaks water (most likely a hole in a joint surrounding it), The tidiness of the house was okayish, but not exceptional, The washing machine stops when you……

“We had a wonderful stay at Villa Kristina for a week as a group of friends along with our small toddler. The pool and view beyond it are fantastic, Stella is a very helpful and kind host and it's in good striking distance of many nice beaches / swimming spots, as well as a both Rethymno and Chania. Wouldn't hestitate to recommend!”

“Lovely place, great setting, pool is fantastic and has been improved since the photos were taken. Would recommend a car. Only small issue was with the kitchen and bbq, needs some more basic equipment, tongs decent knives etc. Don’t let that put you off though, was brilliant. ”

“Die Lage ist ruhig, man ist aber in 5 Minuten zu Fuß bei Restaurants und Einkaufsmärkten. Nochmals 5 Minuten weiter ist der Strand. Das Appartement war ausreichend ausgestattet und die Vermieter waren sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.”

“Ausstattung: + Küche sehr gut ausgestattet mit viel Geschirr, Töpfen und sonstigen Küchenutensilien; großer Gefrierschrank vorhanden, Toaster, Kaffeemaschine, Mikrowelle, Geschirrspüler; viele Grillzangen, Eiswürfelbehälter etc. + neue Waschmaschine + gute Betten + Rollos zur Verdunkelung + Klimaanlage im Wohnraum und in den beiden Schlafzimmern - nur ein großes und ein kleines Handtuch pro Person und eine Garnitur Bettwäsche pro Person ist für 2 Wochen trotz Waschmaschine einfach zu wenig -……

“Diese Villa übertraf all unsere Erwartungen. Wir wurden aufs herzlichste von Maria begrüßt und fühlten uns vom ersten Moment an willkommen. Die Villa ist traumhaft gelegen, der Blick ist spektakulär. Sollte es einem doch an etwas fehlen, so kann man jederzeit sich an Maria wenden und einem wird umgehend mit tipps und Insiderwissen geholfen. Alles ist sehr sauber und bestens gepflegt. Wir kommen auf jedenfall wieder und freuen uns Zeit an diesem zauberhaften Ort , verbringen zu können.”

“We loved it, beautiful villa with lovely views, s9 peaceful, well thought out provisions and a generous welcome pack. We had a lovely stay. Local village Plaka had a small selection of nice tavernas and Almyrida a further lovely choice with a good sandy beach, pretty views and not overly touristy. My only slightly negative point is that it was described as a short walk to local shops and tavernas. This was a 5-7 minute drive to Plaka and a further 5 minutes drive to the beach, all downhill there……

“Had a lovely time at coconut studio , very clean cute apartment , lovely sized pool , comfy sun beds, very close the beach down lots of steps Roxane was very polite and helpful , on arrival there was a very well appreciated food hamper and wine ☺️ Beautiful view from main bedroom window , highly recommend and would come again , lots of restaurants all within walking distance Thank you x ”

“Adverts across various sites needs attention all have discrepancies Vrbo advert doesnt mention property CCTV noticed signs on arrival owner has remote access he advised Vrbo didnt offer option to list. Other sites ie Airbnb do mention however agents own website doesnt & they control content He was happy to disconnect during my stay Other sites refer to villa being brand new it isnt, several yrs old & tired, would benefit from decoration, fixing kitchen cabinet & restaining sunloungers & cushion……
