“Really great place for a couple's getaway. ”

“My husband and I stayed here for a few nights in May 2025 in order to celebrate his 50th birthday and do several activities in downtown Pittsburgh. This house was clean, comfortable, and has groceries, pharmacy, restaurants and gas nearby within walking distance. All the other things we did were within 10-15 minutes drive so it was very easy and convenient. We liked having a garage to secure our vehicle and the house itself was very nice. Would definitely recommend to anyone who wants to come……

“The apartment itself is clean, modern and spacious. The surrounding streets felt safe. We walked to Whole Foods and also explored a bit of the nicely maintained Friendship neighorhood. The owner was kind in allowing us an early check-in, once the cleaner was finished with the unit. We were surprised about the exterior of the building. (We should have noted that there are no exterior photos on the listing.) Whereas it seems to once have been an historic home, it has had various additions to……

“Overall the property was very nice. The garage door that opened up to the wooden deck was very cool. The fireplace was a nice touch. Our kids enjoyed the upstairs loft area to hang out. The house is very pet friendly. The owner was very responsive when we needed a couple things. ”

“We had a fantastic stay. Our proxy host Pearl (cat) was so sweet. The house is adorable and very clean. We had absolutely no problems. Lisa was fantastic with answering each question. She made sure we had all of the information to make our stay almost like we were staying at home. She also made sure the ACs were on when we got there and information about turning the heat on if needed since it was pretty cold in Pittsburgh for this time of year. I would love to come back for longer and possibly……
