“The unit is very cute and nicely decorated. Has a very nice kitchen area, which we did not use during our one night stay. The location is excellent - one block walk to the heart of downtown Boone. We were able to easily walk to the Performing Arts center on campus for a concert. A/C is a window unit (not central air), but it felt cool enough for me. Parking is off-street, but the alley back to the duplex is tight. A large SUV would be tough to maneuver and park, IMO. There are stairs only to the……

“It was such a cute condo, very homey and welcoming. I'm extremely sound sensitive and I don't know if it was because it's summer and the off season, but I couldn't hear anything at night which was great. The bed was very comfortable.
