“Our family stayed at the Forest Cottage last month for our family reunion. The house was exactly what we needed for our large family. Plenty of space and beds for all. It was raining while we were there so the kids could not go out but the yard has a lot to offer for kids”

Owners are clearly very thoughtful and concenred about their guests' happiness. Great wifi with mesh network throughout the large home so I was able to work anywhere. Busy street for a walk, but quiet streets nearby and an olive preserve suited the bill. Very quiet inside the house.”

Lots of "do not" signs and a large security deposit that was held by VRBO for two weeks after our departure. Too much and too long for a one night stay that our three adult children and husband and I only needed so we could attend a family member's retirement party. Although the owner cleared us within a few days their contract with VRBO allowed my deposit to be held two weeks. In……
