"Cobwebs in all the corners. Found a sock in one of the beds and a game piece under a couch cushion while looking for the listed futon. Only 3 of us this trip so we just picked clean beds/rooms and it did not impact or stay. Listing says it sleeps 12 but there is not room for 12 sets of luggage, nor ..."
