“Just as-advertised. A somewhat-quirky (though quaint and cozy) space above the flower shop on a local flower farm. My kids loved seeing/meeting the animals, which was a nice perk. Kitchen could have used a few more basics (toaster or baking tray? coffee machine?), but felt "on theme" given the farmhouse feel. Stacy was delightful, and very responsive. “The place was exactly as advertised. Plenty of space with an amazing view of the ocean from the balcony. We had coffee in the morning overlooking the ocean. While the sound of passing cars do hinder the sound of the ocean, the later in the evening it gets, the more the the relaxing ocean waves come through, which makes for a great night's sleep. They even left an awesome tote bag, which my wife loves. We will definitely be returning.”

“I really enjoyed my stay. A comfortable tiny house. Lots of attention to detail. From a pour over coffee set up to a deck that backs up to the woods—I saw deer on a couple mornings, including one time when I watched a young deer follow a neighborhood cat along the grassy edge. Plus it’s tucked into a spot that is still less than a five minute walk to town. The hosts were super friendly. ”

“We’ve stayed here multiple times and keep coming back. The place is very spacious, very well equipped, and tastefully decorated. The location provides ready access to the Farnsworth Museum, local galleries and several great restaurants. We came this year for the Lobster Festival which is a 5 minute walk from the unit. It’s the first time we came during a very hot stretch. The owners were kind enough to provide a portable cooling unit that kept the apartment comfortable. We hardly recommend!”

“We came for Lobster fest but wanted to be outside of Rockland. This is a wonderful place to stay away from the hustle and bustle but still close to several beautiful towns.Jeff and Robin were very welcoming, easy to get in touch with and helped us with anything we needed. Check-in and check-out was so easy and the Robin’s nest was like a home away from home with a private sitting area near the pond.This was our best VBRO experience we have ever had.”

“Walked the house initially and it smelled like a wet basement, we opened all the windows and had the humidifier going but it didn’t help. The Wi-Fi didn’t work because the owners hadn’t paid the bill. That got fixed the next day. Sheets were dirty on the master bedroom. Twice we had to call Maine water to fix the water. We called to get the place cleaned and they never sent any one and there was no cable. In the bathroom there was black mold in the shower. It was awful.”
