“Property was as described, but it was a bit dated and could grounds and property could use some maintenance. The lights were a dated style and the bulbs did not matching in brightness in several locations, even when they were on the same switch. Additionally, the bathrooms and closet could use a deep clean as they were dusty. The beds were comfortable and clean.”

Having stayed at this location prior, I was familiar with the layout and can say that everything is perfect for a short weekend visit. Parking is right on site with come and go privileges. “This was a great place to stay in Newport. Convenient to lots of great restaurants and points of interest, we walked most everywhere we went. The pool access was great for our small kids who are ocean waders but not yet ocean swimmers. The view was wonderful and we enjoyed the roof access for sunrise and sunset.”
