“預訂飯店時，已經明確指出有三人入住，入住時，接待人員搞不清楚狀況，最過分的是，離開飯店五小時後，扣了一筆他們所稱的「清潔費」，共計50歐元，飯店指控我們沒有清潔，而實際上，我們把所有杯盤洗好後才離開，收費完全沒有事先的警示，退房也無任何異常，等旅客們走遠後再逕行扣費，各位旅客要記得拍照自保，非常差勁的入住經驗，坑殺外國旅客！ Quand j’ai réservé l’hôtel, j’ai clairement indiqué qu’il y avait trois personnes.Lors de mon arrivée, le personnel de la réception n’a pas su comprendre la situation.
