“Talk about going above and beyond with making their guests happy. I had a 12 night stay in Europe while visiting Poland and The Balkins. I stayed at some nice places and met some really nice people but this hotel by far had the most pleasant staff ever. Jovaha, at the front desk, has to be the most pleasant receptionist ever! She made my entire experience worry free. From parking my car to local suggestions to pretty much everything. She is such a sweet gem and Igor who oversaw the breakfast……

“The hotel is located right by the seashore. The check in staff was friendly and helpful. The breakfast is included in the price, but would appreciate if the food could be of higher quality. The room itself is a bit aged and is perhaps not 5-star by today's standard. There is a shower and a bathtub in the restroom. There is some kind of odor coming out of the shower, probably something to do with the pipes. There is also no kettle in the room, but there is one free bottle of water. Perhaps time……

“Good value for the price. Breakfast is kinda average and there is no kettle in the room. Balcony is big enough. AC worked very well and quite. It was clean, but I had one extra towel which was dirty and also no toilet paper at first. But overall it was no big deal as the receptionist Misha was exceptionally helpful and very friendly!
