All in all fine - despite small compromises
The house is fine - as described in the ad.
The very thin and at the same time too big fitted sheets were a bit strange, but we just put them on top of each other on both mattresses, maybe that's how it should be done?
During our stay (March/April), we noticed that there were no pubs, cafés or restaurants open on the island apart from the kiosk at the harbor (no stores either). So we shopped on the mainland and cooked at home. But unfortunately there were not enough large pots, casseroles or large bowls to prepare meals for 7 hungry adults. We asked the agency if it would be possible to get the missing things - but the owner replied that his house is definitely well equipped. If we were missing anything, we could ask for assistance from the campsite ... (Not really, we didn't come across anyone).
In the end, we helped ourselves by buying the things we were missing.
However, we had forgotten a toiletry bag when we left the house at the end of our vacation ... but thanks to the agency, the bag was sent to us for a fee (plus ferry fee). Many thanks for that!
