“This was the most magical vacation and guesthouse that we have ever stayed at! The facilities are gorgeous and the staff is so sweet and accommodating (and always available) and we LOVED the big and beautiful pool. I think floating around in the water at night with the palm trees swaying above me was the most magical experience I have ever had. “I choose this Hotel because of the gym pictures on the hotels.com site. THERE IS NO GYM! And they were just sorry, we forgot to take the disinformation from the site. They haven’t had the gym since this January. Hotel didn’t offer me any refund or other option (another gym)”

“I visited The One during off season and covid mitigation rules, and due to this circunstances, I was surprisingly the only customer in the whole large resort. I got very warm welcome and free upgrade to a seafront apartment. Nothing major to complain other than the TV in the apartment did not work, neither did the wifi for some occasions.
