Close walks to the beach, restaurants, and shopping. The host was communicative and responsive. We highly recommend staying at this Apartment in Old Town ”

Cependant l appartement est très bien situé, propre et l accueil est nickel .Par contre il n est pas facile de stationner et l ont est obligé de passer par un parking souterrain assez couteux, mais ce n est en rien la faute du propriétaire.Je recommande ”

Il est plus grand qu il ne semble sur les photos, très agréable.La procédure d arrivée est un peu contraignante (personne sur place, mais il faut arriver précisement entre 16h et 20h)., et appel téléphonique obligatoire,, pas de dépose bagage possible. Tout le reste est super.”

“The location of this apartment is perfect. Being in Sarriegi Place it is buzzing and a great place for people watching but once you close the double glazed doors it is quiet. Miren and Carlos are perfect hosts who are very easy to contact and very caring about your stay and that it is enjoyable. The apartment was small but had everything we needed and lots of little additions that make it homey such as in the kitchen there was oil, vinegar, condiments, paper towel etc. Shampoo and conditioner in……

“This property is in a gorgeous building typical of the old town. Minutes walk from the beach and the old town restaurant district. Very quiet and safe street with cars allowed only for the hotels. The apartment is well appointed and very charming. We had a great time here and San Sebastián was our favourite city in Spain. ”

“This house in very confusing layout and the electronics for lights, curtains, gates, etc are confusing and difficult to use. The yard is not maintained. Great view of the ocean. This is in a suburban/rural area with no stores or shops near. Only 1/2 of the home was rented to us. b”
