“This place is truly a hidden gem, and the staff is absolutely incredible! It should be on everyone’s list when visiting Sri Lanka. The owner is wonderful; she invited my friend and me for tea, picked us up in her SUV since our tuk-tuk couldn't make it up the hill due to an earlier accident, and welcomed us warmly despite our late check-in. She even called the staff in to prepare a delicious dinner for us, including an amazing spread of fried rice fit for a feast. The staff then helped drive our……

“It was a big pleasure to have a stay at this house. The location and views are breathtaking, there was no morning or evening in this villa without saying 'oh what a beauty!'. “A beautiful property nestled in the jungle. The views were amazing and the sounds of the rushing river were super relaxing. The rooms were big and airy. There is no air conditioning but some ceiling fans that do the job perfectly (we were never too hot at night) - the pool with the river view in room 10 was spectacular. We enjoyed the food and the service was really nice and kind. Ashley is a character and brings some personality to the table. It’s very isolated but it’s possible to get a Tuktuk……

“House is in a quiet location away from crowds. Considering the ugly housing situation in SL, I greatly appreciate the privacy this house has to offer. Nice garden and the view of Hantana mountains. House is spacious and clean. I would stay again.
On the downside, kitchen is quipped with the cheapest of cheap flimsy stuff. If you enjoy cooking, forget about the kitchen. Hope, some day owners would upgrade kitchen.
Overall, this is a good place to stay in Sri Lanka.”

"The staff is very friendly and professional, upgraded our room and allowed us to check in early. The room is so beautiful and high-end. Location is super convenient, short walk to the tooth temple, at lake with beautiful views, surrounded by shopping stores.
There was loudly construction sounds around 2pm, that disturbed the sleep."
