“The hotel was ok. Rooms and lobby very dark. Food was tasty and hygienic but staff too less. They were overwhelmed by the guest and felt like not used to or interested to serve multiple options of food. V limited menu If nothing available can go, mainly of parents who have come for VIT induction of their kids”

“The experience was horrible with Hotel com and the hotel Golden Fort! We had done an advance booking for 2 nights 3days via Hotels.com On the day of checkin when we called stating that we will be checking in, we were told by the Hotel Golden Fort that there is NO BOOKING in our name , whereas we were sent a mail by Hotels.com stating that our booking was confirmed! We were left without a hotel and a place to stay in a new town. Also the reception staff at the Hotel Golden Fort was very very……
