“There were many things we liked. First of all the view of the mountains, which changed many times during the day. Then of course the horses, which announced themselves by the bell of their chief. The horses were fond of pears and came by several times a day, to check if any pears had fallen down from the trees. Some of them even succeeded in shaking the trees, to make the pears fall.
