“This is an absolutely gorgeous space. No amenity has been spared. Our host was very responsive both before, during, and after our stay. Note that there is a tenant living in one of the bedroom spaces. She did not come out of her room while we were there, and there were no issues having her there, but keep this in mind before booking.”

“Beautiful and well appointed apartment located on ground floor of a two story townhouse. Owner offered frequent communication and we really enjoyed our stay. A long term Tennant lives upstairs but there is ample privacy and separation between the two apartments, our paths never crossed.”

“Location, location, location! So quiet and peaceful. We stayed during winter so even more peaceful. Did not catch and fish but were told they migrate in winter. That was evident as we are avid anglers. Mt. Airy has all services and supplies one might need plus plenty of places to eat and historical things to do. The cons: Well water with sulfur smell. That takes some getting used to. Bottled water is a must. kitchen was ill equipped for any foodies thinking of renting (bring your favorite……

“My wife and I spent 3 nights for her birthday and loved it! She loved the white lights on the porch and sitting on the swing in the evening. We both enjoyed meeting the animals around the property. The cabin itself was so cozy and the bed so comfortable! It is conveniently located to historic Mount Airy and other places. We would definitely recommend!”
