“This cabin and guest house was just right for our group of 4. We had one couple and a father with adult son. It was easy to find and located where starry skies and northern lights were amazing. It was clean with basic amenities and the owners were easy to communicate with. Hot tub was clean. Note that the twin beds are in a loft with very low ceiling. Perfect for kids but slightly tight for adults. Nearest store is in Selfoss so plan accordingly. ”

“Glamping experience with nice amenities all around and a really unique lounge area in the barn. The main area is a large building and has multiple bathrooms and showers. The facilities and kitchen were a little tight for the amount of people when full, but ultimately worked out fine. The big surprise was the barn lounge area. I definitely recommend spending some time in what is a really cool and unique underground area. Overall, was a comfortable and fun stay.”

“A great home base for my family’s trip to Iceland, this property had great proximity to the Golden Circle. We saw a number of sites, did some fantastic hikes, visited the Secret Lagoon, and it was nice to have a home base to come back to each evening. We ate out a good bit, but also made coffee/breakfast at the home each morning and cooked a few other meals at the cabin as well. Everyone slept well, and we enjoyed the property immensely. "We, a family of 3, booked a triple room for 1 night. We were assigned to have a room at the end of the corridor on the ground floor. The room was an accessible room where the bathroom was going to be very wet after taking bath. Because of ground floor, the room was just next to the Main Street that we couldn’t sleep throughout the whole night due to extremely noisy outside. Luckily we stayed there only for one night. "
