The river was a little low for us to use our kayaks, but it was an easy drive over to Rushford Lake. The property is great to walk around and we also hiked along the river. Would highly recommend.”

“Great Stay. Wonderful property and had a great time. Did some hiking nearby at Boyce Hill State Forest and a trip to Letchworth State Park and enjoyed Ellicottville. This was a great homebase for our adventures and loved sitting by the campfire admiring the pond and wildlife.Would certainly stay there again!”

It is on a very fast highway and the location is NOT in Ellicottville.It was clean but after 52 minutes I could not get phone service, nor internet password/provider was never sent to me."Emilee" responded a week earlier, "I don't understand the confusion".I have a disability and the super-highway and the thirteen steps is not in the highlights.I sent her a message via email when i had service……
