“The place was conveniently located along the Oconee River trail, which made for a nice walk toward downtown. The host had a map in their informational booklet about how to access the trail.”

“It was my vacation and I enjoyed staying in your hotel. I was a little disappointed with the TV. I asked front desk. to fix the TV but the person who they sent that didn’t quite know how to fix the TV. The TV was blue the whole entire time I stayed there But for the most part I enjoyed my stay. One more thing provide a better space for dogs and a trashcan for their poop to go into. I just wish you guys were located in a better neighborhood for the most part, I enjoyed my stay😁”

Great, quiet neighborhood. Convenient location, 1-2 miles from most everything you would want to do in Athens. Easy communication with property owner. Would rent this house again in a heartbeat. Highly recommended!”
