“This was a nice little one bedroom in a perfect location in Downtown Winston Salem. Jeff, the manager was extremely good at communicating with us all of the time. Parking was great! We felt safe. The bed was very comfortable and we were able to easily adjust the temperature in the place. I would’ve liked a hot shower instead of a luke warm one but if that’s the only thing we were wanting then I call it a big win!”

“Perfect place for us to stay. Clean, kitchen is stocked with basice kitchenware. Appliances all clean and ready to go. It is conveniently located close to downtown. Felt safe and secure. A few little problems. The TV remote batteries were all dead or the remotes didnt work so was unable to use the TV. There were two lights burnt out in the kitchen which made it a bit tough to see while cooking at night. Lots of towels, blankets and a washer/dryer combo. Will stay here again and I highly……

“I really loved the location of this property. The house had a nice outdoor patio set to enjoy. The bedrooms were comfortable and the bathroom was nice. The kitchen was nice. Would have liked a wine opener and wine glasses and few more plates and bowls but it was fine for just myself. The sofa and desk chair in the living room could use a nice steam clean , but overall I enjoyed my stay and would definitely return.”

“Great place. Neighborhood was a little dicey feeling, with several rundown properties. Don’t expect Google Maps to find this easily. There’s a South Sunset it always seems to find. North Sunset has to be manually entered!”

“A beautiful, clean apartment, friendly and flexible property manager. This weekend was very loud (cars, motorbikes) at night, so bring ear plugs if you are a light sleeper. Everything else was perfect! ”

“This is a newly renovated apartment right downtown that suited my needs perfectly. The attention to detail in the interior design was really top notch, and I don't normally comment on things like that. I was able to work remotely in the apartment during the day and have access to downtown right outside the door. Highly recommended”

“We were in WS house shopping and the Blue Note was the perfect central location. Our initial stay was four nights but we extended 3 times and stayed a total of 13 nights. Jeff was wuick to respond to questions and checked in a couple of times to make sure everything was ok. Will recommend to anyone I know that headed to Winston Salem area. ”
