My only comment on the neg side would be , the place needs a little updating, more comfy bar stools, dishwasher since we cooked in mostly, kitchen well stocked. “The location was great for what we needed; quiet safe neighborhood! The home is in the backyard of another home, so I thought it might be awkward but we didn’t see them at all so it was just fine. There is a nice BBQ grill if you enjoy cooking outdoors. There is not a hot tub; but the beach is about an hour away. ”
