The cushions on the patio furniture could use a good cleaning or replacement. . Once we figured out the hot tub that was excellent. Felt some rules were a bit much. Dont leave food but there was a bunch in the freezer and cabinets. Plus the dont habe food outside of the kitchen or dining area. We know……

“We were a little put off when driving to the house as it takes you through a questionable neighborhood, but one we arrived the house was clean, well decorated and had plenty of outside seating to enjoy the channel. We were a bit concerned at the extra fees for the cleaning since the discharge instructions stated we needed to wash all dishes, strip the beds, empty the trash and leave the house clean the extra cleaning/host fees were more than the nightly rental fee. “Rented this place for spring break (15 and 13 year old kids). Perfect house for a Florida get-away. Plenty of room for everyone to chill. Four bedrooms, two baths. Nice pool, with a nice tucked away lanai (with TV). Plenty of deck chairs. Pool table is a nice asset as well. This is the third time renting with these nice folks. They are very helpful and always able to answer any questions we had. ”
