“The hotel was great. It was clean. The staff was ok. Talking on cell phone with a private call while I was at the front desk was rude. Didn’t get off call for a few minutes while trying to assist me. ”

“Staff was excellent and accomodating on a very cold and snowy evening upon arrival. Room access with elevator literally just a few feet away from reception was great as my husband is dealing with a leg injury. Room was clean and well kept, only change I would have loved, the lighting for the desk table was not up to par. I needed to work , thankfully I usually travel with a small extra lamp.”

“My room was nice and clean. I appreciated the microwave in the room and the proximity to restaurants (walking distance). Even though the hotel is under construction, I couldn't tell from my room - it was quiet and clean. I was not in the room between 9 am and 6 pm, so perhaps it was noisy then, but at night it was quiet. I wasn't looking for amenities - just a clean place to sleep - and this fit the bill!”

“Overall, had a very pleasant experience at this hotel, but the age of the building combined with the poor weather conditions were causing more and more issues. One of the elevators felt unsafe and very poorly maintained. This also happened to be on the side of the building with the severe roof leak. The side door which lead to the "scary" elevator also appeared to lock properly, leaving it operable even at night.”

“They are doing construction on the hotel which i love to see but our truck is too tall for the garage and it made parking harder. I just wish id of known. ”

“We feel very bad, We got there and there was no staff. We rang the bell many times, but no one answered. That's too bad 👎 We have booked a room, but we do not have any accommodation. Because we didn't feel it was safe😢”
