“The property management is awful. When I checked in- no starter items (toilet paper, soap etc.), came back later than night and items were there. Went to get in bed and found no sheets. Called management and they said- maybe tomorrow they could be delivered. In the morning, discovered we had no cold water so couldn’t shower because the water was so hot. “There process of not allowing anyone under 25 to rent was rediculous. I spent more than 2 hours arguing with them that my daughter was going to be there first and that is why I put her name down first. I wouldn't spend that kind of money for her to party. “Truly one of the nicest, most thoughtful properties I’ve stayed at. Everything was great and nicer than expected. We came for the Indy qualifying weekend and the are was very convenient with anything you need just a few minutes away and an easy drive to the track.
