The receptionist Polly has a welcoming smile, and was super helpful in checking in with a map and places to see. On our check out day we had a storm and our journey back wasn’t until later, Polly was super helpful and accommodating making sure we had our room for longer to keep us out the storm. We really appreciated this. Thank you ”
