“The best place to stay for miles around is if you are visiting the Redwood National Forest. The room was renovated recently and exceeded our expectations. Not to mention that a real chef prepared our dinner! The front desk worker who checked us out was super friendly and told me about local American Indian culture! ”

This stay was for pleasure. I joined local friends to peruse the Friday market and the Saturday Farmer's Market. Parking can be tricky. Some stress leaving my vehicle parked on the street. No issues occured. I'm not finding any reasons to book elsewhere on my next Arcata visit. ”

“Love the location. Our cabin was large enough for four adults. The cabin had most supplies we needed for BBQing and cooking. Clean, quiet, and the staff was friendly. We stayed in cabin 8. Two bedrooms and 1 1/2 baths. ”

“When you walk into the room, it smells fantastic!! Clean, updated, very comfortable!!! Great place to stay! A little traffic noise from the busy intersection, but other than that, very nice!!!”

“This hotel reminded us of the glory days of Eureka. The room was nice, but a bit noisy as we needed open windows at night, which lets in traffic noise. The architecture of the place is great. All the staff are personable, friendly, and helpful. ”

“Dirty and some flies in the room, there are hairs left on the bed and pillows,the wallpaper is broken, and homeless stayed at the hotel door who will ask you for money.”
