“Our stay was great.We were there for a week with 9 people.The property is huge, so everyone could find a quiet spot to relax.If you enjoy seclusion, this is the perfect place to stay.The last stretch to the property is a bit challenging, but definitely doable :)The nearest supermarket is about a 15-minute drive away.I highly recommend a trip to Sperlonga – a breathtaking town on a hill right by the coast.Communication with the hosts was excellent at all times.Any questions we had were answered……

The nearest beaches in Sperlonga are just a 20-minute drive away along scenic roads. The owner, Luca, communicates very well, gives helpful advice, and explains everything clearly. “Wir waren zwei Wochen mit unserer sechsköpfigen Familie hier. Es ist ein traumhaft schöner Ort. Der Blick auf das Meer ist noch viel schöner, als man auf den Fotos erkennen kann. Der Pool ist groß und wunderbar, die Wiese gründ und saftig und der ganze Garten top gepflegt. Das Haus ist hochwertig und die Küche ist großartig - mit 5 Kochstellen auf dem Gasherd. Einziger kleiner Wermutstropfen ist, dass das Haus überall mit Deko vollsteht und die Schränke zu 80 % "privat" belegt sind. Wir würden……

“We were a group of 7 adults (30s-60s) spending 2 weeks in Italy. This house is beautiful and the view is everything you see in the pictures posted. Paola was very helpful in helping us arrange transportation from the train station. You definitely need a car to access the home and to get around. This rental provided our group with the all the space we needed. ”

Die Wohnung war perfekt für unsere vierköpfige Familie und gut ausgestattet. Der Pool mit tollem Blick über die Berge auf das Meer war das Highlight!
