“The place was awesome for kids, we had two sets of twins and two moms on our trip and we had a great time. The location was perfect, just 5 minutes walk from the beach. The check in and out was super easy and there wasn’t an exhaustive list of chores to be done at the end. That being said, the place was not as clean as I would have wished and there was a large amount of pet hair on the sofa and floor that I would hope would have been cleaned between guests. So, all in all a great stay but needs……

“I lost count on how many times I came back to this home to rent for the weekend with my family when I was on the hunt for a home! This was my first time renting a house! The whole process very simple! Would absolutely rent this lovely home again!!!”

“Excellent location, comfortable, and easy access to the beach and downtown area. Wonderful that it was pet friendly too.Only knocking off a star for cleanliness due to lots of gross stuff under the couches and beds that our dog found.”

“Nice, but kinda worn. The front door lock doesn’t work…very hard to unlock/lock from outside. The bed in the small bedroom is uncomfortable. The shower in small bedroom bathroom is corroded and hard to regulate. The sink in small bathroom leaks in back top. Latches on screen doors and back gate are rusty. Otherwise, fine. ”

“The property is well maintained and close to the park, the market, and a wonderful coffee shop/bakery. Our tweenagers enjoyed themselves and so did we.”

“Just over the dune lies the sea and there is a big front porch - would be nice to have some chairs out there. There is another unit attached with a breezeway, but the units are very private. The downtown is .4 miles and and easy walk on the beach or an access road. We would definitely return.”

“This rental fit exactly what we needed. A good home base for beach activities. A great place to relax after a day out and about. We loved having a garage to park in. The house was clean and had all the amenities we needed.”

“This house is so charming! Super clean, so many rooms, and cozy! Everyone felt right at home, and slept great. All the beds were comfy, and again, so much space for everyone. 11 in our group, and we enjoyed it the whole time. Two days were raining and just yuck weather ( perfect west coast beach weather) and there were a couple of leaky windows, but the wind was blowing so hard and sideways , it would have been surprising if there hadn’t been any windows. Contacted the manager(or owner) she……

“Small, nice amenities (TV, kitchen, bath), hide a bed not comfortable, step between porch and living room not well marked (took a fall returning to bed on porch in middle of the night).”

“Facility is a little tired, but very comfortable. Location hard to beat. Beach access, view - excellent!, Varied separate rooms worked perfectly for our large family”
