The lamps on the desk was broken, and the lady also help me to exchange a new one immediately. The room are quite good, internet is fast.The bed is very comfortable. The parking is in the basement of the hotel, but it’s the elevator’s function. It will take time to enter and leave, not so convenient. The refrigerator is not ready working and……

“The staff at this hotel are amazing! When we checked out early in the morning, my 9-year-old daughter suddenly felt hungry and went into the breakfast area. Even though our last night didn’t include breakfast, the staff kindly gave us two boxes so she could take some food with her — such a thoughtful and heartwarming gesture. Everyone we met, from the restaurant staff to the porters who helped with our luggage, was warm, friendly, and professional. I’ve been to Budapest twice, and this is by far……

“The apartment was spacious, clean and well provisioned. The host Ava had already heated the apartment for us so it was great when we arrived. Our host was extremely helpful and the apartment location was perfect , right near all we had wanted to visit with plenty of restaurants , pubs and cafe's nearby. We would love to visit again !
