The farmhouse consists, on the ground floor, of a living room with fireplace, kitchen, bathroom and storage rooms.

Lovely Tuscany house full of family history
Marta and Marco provided to our family a memorable stay in the heart of the Tuscany. The house, situated lovely and lonely in the forrest near Arcidosso, offers the typical Tuscany experience - historic, honest, cosy and just lovely. Marta and Marco are wonderful hosts. They are caring, warm and full of passion to share their dream of a genuine Tuscany experience. Marta and Marco spent a lot of time and shared with us their plans of agritourismo which filled us with inspiration and gratitude. We thank Marta and Marco for their outstanding hospitality. Wunderschönes Haus im Grünen
Wir haben unsere 2 Wochen sehr genossen. Das Haus und vor allem der Platz unter dem Vordach sind auch bei Regen gut nutzbar und der Garten ist wirklich wunderschön. Von hier aus haben wir tolle Ausflüge nach Santa Fiora und zu den etruskischen Gräber bei Sovana und nach Sorano gemacht. Wir haben Siena, Montalcino und auf dem Rückweg Sant`Angela in Colle besucht. Man kann auch in 1 1/2 Stunden auf den Monte Labbro wandern, von wo aus man eine tolle Aussicht bis zum Meer hat. Danach kann man sich vor dem Haus und im Pool bei Vogelgezwitscher und ansonsten völliger Stille entspannen. Herrlich! Wir haben auch einige Tipps von Marta und Marco für Restaurants befolgt, die alle super waren. Die beiden sind sehr bemühte und nette Gastgeber.

Gemütliches toskanisches Landhaus im Esskastanienhain
Wir hatten eine wundervolle Zeit in dem sehr liebevoll eingerichteten Haus in einer tollen Gegend 15min von Arcidosso im Wald. Sehr ruhig gelegen mitten im Esskastanienhain. Das Haus hat eine gut ausgestattete rustikale Küche, ein gemütliches Wohnzimmer mit Kamin und ausreichend Platz draußen und drinnen . Wir haben uns sehr wohl und zu Hause gefühlt. Der Kontakt zu den Eigentümern war hervorragend und sehr herzlich und unkompliziert. Man merkt, dass Marta und Marco ihr Haus und Gelände lieben und dementsprechend pflegen und können es nur wärmstens empfehlen. Vielen Dank für die vielen guten Tipps und die wunderbare Gastfreundschaft. Unseren Aufenthalt in der Toskana hat es sehr besonders gemacht.

Absolutely Fabulous
My family and I had been planning a trip to Tuscany for over 10 years, then one day we just decided it was time to go, so after much research, I found this gorgeous villa in Arcidosso, and booked it. I have never looked back. From the moment I booked the villa, it just felt right. Margo and Marco met us in Arcidosso where they escorted us to the villa. I fell in love with it from the moment I saw it. It was better to look at in real life than the pictures. It was absolutely perfect. The villa was equipped with everything you needed for a perfect stay. Marco and Marta had left us a bottle of red wine, some pasta and sauce which was a lovely touch as we had arrived in Arcidosso late. We stayed a week and that was certainly not long enough. We didn’t get to experience the pool as we were out most days and the two days we stayed at the villa it was a cooler day. Marta gave us a list of places to visit which we did all but two. If you have time, I recommend the little town called Pitigliano, it was so gorgeous. She also gave us a list of restaurants to go to as well as where the nearest supermarket was. I also needed the hair dresser as we had been travelling for 5 weeks and I needed a freshen up, so Marta booked the hairdressers for me. She was always there, on hand if we needed anything. On check out, M & M called by to pick up the keys. It was sad leaving the villa but equally sad having to say goodbye to Marta and Marco. They were super hosts. 100% recommend this villa.

Perfect hidden place with all possibilities
A quiet and natural property with all you need. Enough rooms and separated areas outside for everybody to find his personal favourite space. Poole, table tennis, BBQ place, hammock and several outside table to enjoy nature during breakfast, lunch and dinner.

Perfect holiday in Tuscany
The property was exactly as shown in the listing, but if anything it was better because the location could only be fully appreciated when you are there. The location was perfect, the house was perfect, set in a beautiful garden and the weather got hotter and hotter ! Though thanks to the elevation it remained cool enough to enjoy the sunshine, we had no rain for 3 weeks ! Marta & Marco were the perfect hosts, offering help when required, but leaving us with plenty of privacy. Altogether it was a fantastic stay with lots of wonderful memories to look back on.

Ein kleines Paradies
Wir durften im Juni 2023 Gäste in diesem wunderschönen Anwesen sein. Das Haus ist gemütlich eingerichtet und der Garten ist wirklich unglaublich schön. Man ist mitten in der Natur, absolut ruhig und ungestört. Morgens wacht man mit einem Vogelkonzert auf und abends kann man den Glühwürmchen im Garten zuschauen. Marco und Marta sind ganz liebe Vermieter, die jederzeit ansprechbar waren und sich trotzdem sehr diskret und unaufdringlich um das Haus und den Pool kümmern. Wir werden sehr gerne wiederkommen.

Traumhaftes Ferienhaus mitten in der Natur!
Das Haus sieht genauso aus wie auf den Bildern und ist einfach ein Traum! Genau so stellt man sich ein Haus in der Toskana vor. Das Haus liegt ca 15 min von Arcidosso entfernt, es liegt idyllisch mitten im Wald und man hat eine tolle Aussicht! Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet (Spülmaschinentabs, Spüli, Lappen, Kaffeekapseln und ein paar Gewürze waren vorhanden). Von den Vermietern gab es ein nettes Gastgeschenk! Marco und Marta waren von Anfang an ganz tolle Gastgeber. Immer erreichbar und haben uns viele Tipps für Ausflüge gegeben. 😊 Wir werden definitiv nochmal wieder kommen und freuen uns schon auf den nächsten Urlaub in diesem ganz besonderen Ferienhaus!

Traumhaftes Haus im Wald, tolle Vermieter!
Das typische Steinhaus und der große Garten liegen mitten im Wald, sind sehr gepflegt und sauber und mit viel Liebe zum Detail gestaltet. Der alte Charme wurde bei der Renovierung erhalten und das Haus bietet dennoch alle modernen Einrichtungen wie z. B. Pellet-Zentralheizung, Geschirrspülmaschine, TV und Internet. Auch die Küche ist super ausgestattet und lässt keine Wünsche offen. Wir (3 Erwachsene, 2 Kinder) hatten dort eine wunderschöne Zeit Ende Oktober, Anfang November 2022 und hatten dabei sehr viel Glück mit dem Wetter. Die Heizung haben wir trotzdem jeden Tag gebraucht. Das Haus liegt auf 900Hm und es ist dort daher deutlich kälter als in tieferen Regionen. Die Pool ist nicht beheizt und ist um diese Jahreszeit nur was für „Harte“, oder für die es werden wollen. Aber er ist nutzbar (was nicht selbstverständlich ist für diese Zeit) und wird regelmäßig gereinigt. Das Haus liegt etwa 10 Autominuten von der „Zivilisation“ entfernt. Wer seine absolute Ruhe (wenn nicht gerade Jagdsaison ist) will oder niemanden stören will, hat hier sein Ferienhaus gefunden. Im Garten stehen unter anderem Maronenbäume, einfach aufsammeln, einschneiden und in der Pfanne zubereiten -> sehr lecker :-) Wir hatten ein paar kleinere technische Probleme, die sehr freundlichen und hilfsbereiten Vermieter Marta und Marco haben sich sofort erfolgreich um alles gekümmert und uns auch mit tollen Ideen für Ausflüge versorgt. Marta und Marco sind auch Oliven- und Weinbauern und wir haben direkt ein paar Liter von ihrem sehr leckeren Olivenöl mitgenommen. Den Wein hätten wir auch gerne probiert, dafür war es aber leider noch zu früh. Haben uns sehr wohl dort gefühlt und würden jederzeit gerne wiederkommen. Vielen Dank an Marta und Marcob für die tolle Zeit im Faggiaie!

Wo sich Stachelschwein und Reh ‚Gute Nacht‘ sagen…
… da liegt dieses wunderschöne Haus. Wer Natur und Ruhe zu schätzen weiß, der findet hier genau den richtigen Ort für einen herrlichen Urlaub. Ein stilvoll angelegter, gepflegter Garten mit uralten Kastanienbäumen umgibt das hübsche Haus, in dem wir uns sehr wohl gefühlt haben. Es mangelte an nichts. Marta und Marco waren äußerst aufmerksam und bei Fragen stets zur Stelle. Wir blicken zurück auf zwei sehr schöne Wochen in der herbstlichen Toskana. Grazie mille!

Miejsce wyjątkowe, pełne dobrej energii, które pozostaje w pamięci i do którego chce się wracać. Położone na wzgórzu, z dala od hałasu miasta i powiedziałabym, że od każdego innego też, ale nas budziły ptaki, które mają tam swój raj, więc to taka głośność, która nam bardzo odpowiadała. Dom jest piękny, bardzo wygodny, ale jednocześnie to miejsce z historią i klimatem. A wszystko to zasługa ludzi, którzy go stworzyli i czuć, że chcą się nim dzielić z innymi. My byliśmy we wrześniu i ominęły nas upały, ale myślę, że daje wytchnienie, gdy temperatura na zewnątrz nie pozwala normalnie funkcjonować. Poza tym to genialna miejscówka dla osób z psami. Wróciliśmy do domu dwa tygodnie temu i już planujemy kolejny urlop w tym miejscu. Dziękujemy Wam - Marta i Marco za niezapomniany pobyt! Do zobaczenia!

5* star property in a 5* location with 5* hosts
The villa is nestled in a secluded spot on the Maremma hillside. If you want peace and quiet, this is where you’ll find it. There are forests, ridges, valleys and provincial villages to explore (not to mention the mountain-top ruins of the 19th century community founded by self-proclaimed prophet David Lazzaretti!) or you could just spend your time by the pool soaking up the views. When the night draws in, wrap yourself in a blanket and sit on the terrace watching the stars or light the fire, curl up on the sofa and whack on Netflix. Marco and Marta, too, are wonderful people. After our holiday plans abruptly changed they were unbelievably kind in helping us out. Genuinely, you couldn’t want for better or more generous hosts. So, book. Book now. But not all of you, because we’d quite like to go back ourselves sometime 😊

Wonderful stay in a great location
Everything was perfect regarding this property. The house was extremely well looked-after and everything was provided for a very comfortable stay. Schönes Haus mit großem Garten
Wir haben drei wunderbare Wochen in diesem schönen Haus verbracht. Es liegt im Wald mit tollem Blick auf Arcidosso. Der Garten ist groß, idyllisch angelegt und komplett eingezäunt, was für den Hund super war. Alles ist sehr gepflegt und gut ausgestattet. Martha und Marco sind aufmerksame Gastgeber. Sie haben uns sogar zum Tierarzt begleitet, als unser Vierbeiner krank wurde. Nochmal Danke dafür! Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und kommen gern wieder.
