“Booked the place for a family gathering to celebrate my grandmother's 97th birthday. The place was clean, well-stocked, and very nice. The listing was accurate and the host provided communication and availability to answer some of my questions over the phone. Very positive experience!”

“We needed a place to stay to for the Sac River Music Fest in nearby Caplinger Mills This was perfect for our group of 6. The weekend was HOT and the AC worked great. Very clean and quiet. Beds were comfy and there were plenty of towels, dishes and cookware. ”

“Our son and family live in Bolivar and hosted Christmas for the whole family this year. We used this apartment for overflow sleeping and showering. It was only a couple miles away from our son’s house - very convenient . The beds were comfortable and the hosts were very nice. We would stay here again.”

“ Very clean property and excellent host. Close to Stockton town and amenities. Parking with bass boat was very easy on roadside parking and power was easily accessible at the light post. Overall great trip. Will definitely come again.”

“My fiancé and I stayed here over Valentines weekend. The instructions from the host were very clear and the property was easy to locate and get into. The property was extremely clean and had everything we needed. The hot tub was wonderful and everything felt very private. Had a great time and would love to return in the summer. I would definitely recommend this place!”

“It was a nice country setting, and very quiet. Its on a gravel road that had very little traffic. There is a pasture of goats behind the cabin, i enjoyed watching them. Every time i walked over to the fence they came running ,sticking there heads through the fence. Very cute baby goats.”

“This is a cute little house located just off the Stockton city downtown. Very clean and well equipped with lots of thought to little extras if you’re going to the lake. Convenient to the Orlean Marina. Would definitely stay again.”

“Very quiet neighborhood. House is excellent for large families. Kids would love the lower level bunk room. Their own bathroom too. Parents don’t have to share. Great location with short drive to State Park Marina and Orleans Trail Marina.”
