“The neighborhood is not great, but this place has 3 bedrooms and 3 baths for half the price of most places. It could definitely use more seating in the living room and a kitchen table or counter top for eating, but the beds were comfortable and it was very clean.”

We were doing college tours in the area, like Villanova, which was only 5 minutes away, and at the end of the week I completed the Women’s Philadelphia triathlon, which was only 18 minutes away. “The price was right for this three bedroom townhouse a couple miles outside UPenn. The cleaning lady was leaving as we were arriving and was friendly. “I have traveled to the Mann center many times and have suffered through hard to find parking at their lots and even harder to leave after events due to traffic backups.
