“Large property right across the street from the beach. Lots of activities on the property including a large pool. Bathrooms and rooms are a little outdated but in good shape. No A/C but the breeze from the ocean keeps things cool during the evening. The house is from the 50s so its older, but considering all its been through, its in good shape. Lost power on our last night there but this is a common occurrence anywhere you go in PR.”

“I cannot say enough about the amazing stay we had the house was more than I expected. It was breathtaking. We had a small wedding ceremony on the grounds we could not do the beach as the sand was too hot but it didn’t stop us from having the time of our lives. “We stayed here April 2025. 8 kids ranging from 3-16 & 6 adults. There was plenty of space for everyone! Beds are so comfortable, plenty of towels for pool & showers. All essentials you need in the kitchen, jacuzzi felt amazing, there’s a basketball court on the side attached to the house that we didn’t even know about but was great to have. Bakery up the street is AMAZING! Only about 8 min drive to Walmart. Host was amazing and answered txts within minutes! Highly recommend! We will be booking……

“Property was in a good area, close to wverything, well maintained. The communication was difficult and owners asked me to pay via venmo, paypal or zelle which felt very scammy. They also communicated through whatsapp which also felt scammy. We finally got on the same page via email and text and they ran my credit card for payment. “Overall, we had a nice stay in this house and appreciated the stunning back patio and access to the beach. There are a few things we would note:1) There is no generator at the house. We were there for a large island-wide power outage. We were able to save our food because we had bought a few sleeves of ice and there's a deep freezer in the kitchen. Luckily, the power came back within 24 hours.2) Laundry is on site for a fee but was out of order for our visit. Ask for extra towels if laundry……
