Compared to other rentals, they only ask that you leave the kitchen clean, take out the trash and leave the key in the safe box. It was very easy to communicate any questions and everyone was very nice. “We were very happy with our accommodation. Easy check in and checkout. Excellent communication. Very clear instructions. This is the perfect place for large groups to rent because the upstairs has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and the downstairs are three separate studio apartments with two queens. “This place was wonderful! The communication was excellent and anytime we had questions, they were answered immediately. Very friendly too! They made check in and check out very smooth and easy. “Large property right across the street from the beach. Lots of activities on the property including a large pool. Bathrooms and rooms are a little outdated but in good shape. No A/C but the breeze from the ocean keeps things cool during the evening. The house is from the 50s so its older, but considering all its been through, its in good shape. Lost power on our last night there but this is a common occurrence anywhere you go in PR.”
