“This palatial estate was soMuch more lovely and amazing than the description. You need a car as it’s quite far out. The pool was wonderful for the kids and the house is right on the beach. The bedrooms rooms and livingroom area are very big and luxurious. Stock up On everything before You arrive as it’s far from everything. A perfect multigenerational family paradise! We’l definitely be back!”

“The apartment was beautiful, with terraces and ocean views. They were a few things, though that were disappointing. The light in the kitchen was burned out, the battery in the remote control for the ceiling fan was dead so we couldn’t turn the fan on & there was an abysmal water pressure in the shower. There was plenty of water pressure in the kitchen, I believe it was just bad showerheads. My biggest complaint is that the lobby was under construction, and the elevator was not working. I was not……

“Casa limpia y cómoda, sorprendió que la marquesina no se podía usar por carro del propietario. Debido al apagón de país, no había energía y la casa no cuenta con sistema alterno. En los baños no había agua caliente y la piscina la cascada no funciona. Esos detalles no están en la publicación cuando vas a alquilar y deben estar ”

“Very Calm Peaceful Neighborhood, Communication was Great and the House was Nice! Compared to other rentals, they only ask that you leave the kitchen clean, take out the trash and leave the key in the safe box. It was very easy to communicate any questions and everyone was very nice. I didn’t take any photos of the place because we were mostly out sightseeing but the photos in the description are Very Accurate. I would definitely rent from them again!!!”

“Large property right across the street from the beach. Lots of activities on the property including a large pool. Bathrooms and rooms are a little outdated but in good shape. No A/C but the breeze from the ocean keeps things cool during the evening. The house is from the 50s so its older, but considering all its been through, its in good shape. Lost power on our last night there but this is a common occurrence anywhere you go in PR.”
