Located in the heart of nature, in the centre of the Axarquía (Málaga), just 9 km from the coast, 6 km from Vélez-Málaga and 3 km from the village of Arenas. It is perfect for those of you seeking tranquillity, fresh air and panoramic sea views from a mountain setting.
Built in 2010, the 253 m² house combines rustic style with modern comforts, creating a warm and functional atmosphere. Its orientation allows you to enjoy natural light all day, especially in the outdoor area, which features a pool (open all year) and barbecue, ideal for relaxing or outdoor gatherings. A cot is available on request.
Access is via a 1,350-metre mountain road that ascends through mid-mountain scenery. There is a paved section (600 m) and a compacted dirt section (750 m) with sloping curves. It is passable with a normal car, but caution is recommended. The surroundings reward you with total tranquillity and privacy.
The location is excellent for those of you who love active tourism: hiking, trekking and mountain biking routes can be started directly from the property. Being close to the sea, you can also enjoy water activities such as kayaking, paddle surfing or boat trips.
You are advised to ask about typical local food services, available for an extra fee. In the surrounding area you will also find cultural and traditional activities and shows that reflect the vibrant essence of the Axarquía.
