“We had no reply to our message to arrange check in. The whole complex was deserted when we arrived. We did not know which apartment was ours. We had to make frantic calls to find out who to speak to. It was midday, had walked from the main road with our luggage, blazing heat, and we had a 4 year old. Eventually, we got in. “After a bit of confusion locating the villa, we were met by our host with a very big welcome. We were shown around the villa and given contact details in case of any problems. Overall the villa met our expectations and we hada very nice and relaxing stay. Our host checked in regularly with us, and even made us some unexpected treats.
