“the location was beautiful, the facilities and rooms were spotless, and we made lots of use of the common space! the real star of the show was the manager/concierge dora - she helped us so much with getting around the city, recommendations for day trips, and making us feel so welcome and comfortable. she truly made our trip fantastic! we can not recommend staying here enough! ”

“管理混乱，非常糟糕的体验，至今我交了两份钱不知道能不能退还给我一份。我在好订网预订完后直接从信用卡上扣了钱，但入住当晚酒店的前台小姐就查不到订单，但还是给了我钥匙入住，第二天早上退房收了我的现金有没有给我Receipt，打电话给好订网要求退回，但好订网向我要收据证明，难道没有收据酒店就查不到账单了吗？比国内招待所好不了多少的条件居然是四星级？看来奥地利的酒店管理水平跟德国酒店没法比！”

“入住當晚是平安夜，酒店職員早就已經主動聯絡我們，通知當晚６點後將沒有員工留在酒店，清楚告訴我們如何使用自助登記機進入酒店、拿房卡，我們到達時整個入住過程十分順利，很快就到房間了。房間裡很貼心的預備了一大盤食物（有蘋果、花生、核桃、巧克力、餅乾和一些應節的聖誕餅），感覺很溫馨。房間很舒適，整潔，洗手間也很寬敞，只可惜沒有提供盥洗用品，尤其適逄節日，整個城市的商店都關門了，如果住客自己沒有帶備盥洗用品真的會很麻煩。 第二天早上是聖誕節，想不到也如常提供早餐，讚一個！早餐也不錯！”

“欣赏林道的风景一流，员工非常友善，但是价格过高，房间很多昆虫，没有空调，不建议夏天去，相信冬天和春天时候去会好许多”

“这是一家传统的酒店，装修古朴。 服务人员很热情，看见有带小孩，马上进房间整理新的床铺，还送给小朋友一个玩具小狗，十分开心。 酒店在林道公园里面。走出酒店满眼绿色，风景如画，十分宜人。 就是房间位置安排的不好，据我观察属于少数不太好的朝向，不知道是否和hotels预定区别对待有关系。”
