“Sehr schöne moderne Zimmer mit großem Balkon. Der Essraum ist im vorderen Bereich etwas altmodisch dafür im hinteren Bereich mit toller Aussicht beim Frühstück. Frühstück ist gut. Leider kalte Eier wenn man nicht gleich um 7:30 Uhr da ist. Aber sonst alles super! Sehr nette Dame am Empfang. ”

“管理混乱，非常糟糕的体验，至今我交了两份钱不知道能不能退还给我一份。我在好订网预订完后直接从信用卡上扣了钱，但入住当晚酒店的前台小姐就查不到订单，但还是给了我钥匙入住，第二天早上退房收了我的现金有没有给我Receipt，打电话给好订网要求退回，但好订网向我要收据证明，难道没有收据酒店就查不到账单了吗？比国内招待所好不了多少的条件居然是四星级？看来奥地利的酒店管理水平跟德国酒店没法比！”

“This hotel is convenient and looks very nice. We were very pleased that the staff allowed us to use the shower when the room was not yet available around 11am. However, a little minor issue is the bathroom. The shower and the toilet are fit next to each other, leaving basically no space in between, making it difficult to use the toilet for No.2. ”

“Hotel itself is so beautiful, with very relaxing surroundings and with great location (Just opposite to Lindau HBF). The only thing which needs to be improved is that there's no A/C in room, and during my visit it was so hot in Lindau so it was hot in room. Though I can understand Europe is not used to hot summer but with climate change I think it'll become quite normal with hot summer so A/C will become necessary for a pleasant sleep.”
