“入住过好几次了，位置不错，交通方便，房间宽敞整洁，特别适合家庭出行。”

“Good location, clean, good value. Lack of personnel on property is a problem. Arrival was OK. Emailed arrival instructions (entry codes, location of room key, etc ) OK. Departure a problem. Nobody at desk 10am, front door wouldn't open when late departing to train station. Not sure how I finally got it to open. Left keys on desk, concerned nobody to whom to give and confirm received.”

“This is a good place to stay. Clean and nice, big cabins in a cozy property. Pros: Helpful staff, well equipped rooms and cereal & toasts breakfast. Cons: No 24hrs front desk and no convinces stores walking distance. Acceptable beds in a cabin well equipped, the hotel has a restaurant, the only walkable option, but the zone has great restaurants if you go by car. ”

“Poetry Building communicated quickly and clearly right away after booking, and again shortly before our visit with helpful suggestions of travel. It provided the privacy and full kitchen of an apartment, plus the convenience of a hotel: laundry, cleaning, and very helpful, friendly,English-speaking concierges when we wanted. A wonderful stay!”

“Comodo e pratico, nel cuore di sant'Elmo e a pochi passi da bus e metro. Ambiente ampio e spazioso, molto bello disposto su due piani con terrazzino e vista. Purtroppo dalle info su expedia non si evince che le pulizie vengono fatte UNA volta a settimana. In dotazione danno 2 asciugamani striminziti a testa, che non facendo pulizie non vengono MAI cambiati, 2 rotoli di carta igienica, 1 sapone, 1 bustina di shampoo e 1 di doccia per tutto il soggiorno (io 5 notti). Nessuna informazione su……
