“1890s Elegant mansion with great bones and almost completely restored. Pool would be big plus in summer and game room definitely a plus, though some equipment needed repair. Great location for our short family reunion of 6 adults and 3 tweens. Would worry about kids less than 10 or limited mobility folks as stairs quite tight or spirally and high. “This home has a beautiful DIRECT view of the Lake! It was spacious and very clean! The owner tended to our every need including a refrigerator replacement!!!The number of bedrooms was sufficient for our party. Access to the lake via boats was plentiful. He even included firewood for us and propane gas for the gas grill! The home is located on a main road but also directly on the lake so the front bedrooms have to contend w a little road noise of vehicles passing through during the early morning……

“My friend and I stayed in this cottage in September and it was exceptionally cute and cozy. It had everything we needed in the bathroom and kitchen. The beds were so comfortable and the bedding and pillows were perfect! The location was great. Right by Lake Algonquin and nearby several small villages. The owners suggestions were very helpful. We loved the pizza at Oxbow Inn. We also loved the lobster roll at The Local Dining and Spirits in Northville. Had a fun outing in North Creek at……
