“Jane was so helpful. I’d had a bad fall just beforehand and she provided me with a towel to mop up the blood. Very thoughtful. Breakfast was great. Room was good for the 2 of us. Would definitely stay here again. Footnote: Ma Webbs was brilliant for dinner across the road. ”

“The website advertised “BREAKFAST INCLUDED”. We are familiar with Justamere Cafe, and this was the reason for selecting your hotel. After booking we did not receive any notice that the cafe would be closed, and the breakfast offered was TIM HORTON’S GIFT CARDS! If we wanted a Tim Horton breakfast we could have booked anywhere, but we were offered a neat little bait and switch instead. Really not cool. And sorry doesn’t really mean anything when you’re not providing what your website had……

“Great comfy rooms, fantastic staff, modern and lux feeling for a budget place. Full breakfast included. Very convenient off the highway. Seems like the queen bed with living room, rooms are on the highway side which, while not super loud as it’s a new build, I could still hear trucks when they passed so switched rooms as I’m a light sleeper. Nice breakfast included. A comfortable no-nonsense stay which we appreciated.”
