“This house is about as close to the boat ramp as you can get. We stayed here for a 2 day fishing tournament. The hosts were extremely helpful and answered questions quickly. Check in was easy. The house was comfortable and had everything we needed. Parking is good for truck and boat trailer. We would stay here again. ”

Many things stood out, but one that I found to be unique was the quality of the furniture in the living spaces. It was all EXCELLENT and tremendously comfortable, which is really appreciated by older guests like myself. “We rented the space for Spring Break and it did not disappoint. Plenty of space for everyone and it was well equipped with everything you would need in a home. The only negative is my husband wasn’t able to work due to no internet. However the owner explained that the internet should be installed within the next month. We would definitely rent again in the future!”

“We truly enjoyed our relaxing stay at the cottage on Smith Lake. The house was clean, well-decorated, and fully stocked to meet our needs. Our teenagers enjoyed the downstairs room and living area. We enjoyed building a fire in the fireplace on the main floor and sitting on the screened-in porch drinking coffee in the morning. We hope to return in the summer to enjoy swimming and boating on the lake! ”
