Great hostess and beautifully appointed room and bathroom. Very clean and good location! Stayed first floor, don’t suggest if over walked as stairs are noisy but during week very quiet and close to mountains! Loved coffee bar and comfortable beds.

Serene town close to ski resorts. Historical and clean rooms. Our host was very friendly and offered fantastic dining options around. She also cooked the best breakfast I’ve had in a B&B. Will come back again.

Classic Victorian

The host is very attentive and thoughtful. The house is charming outside with bird feeders, front porch and decorations - a classic Victorian house (which once had a "speakeasy" in the basement). Decorations are eclectic, often antique and plentiful. Lots of free books are available. The breakfast was delicious - including French Toast with caramelized maple syrup. In February when we stayed it was 4 degrees out and the room, at night, took a while to warm up.

Super comfy with great breakfast

It is a delightful location. I was planning to keep moving but stayed extra day after skiing at nearby ski resort. The bed was very comfortable and the home cooked breakfast very tasty. It is a historic location with deeply knowledgeable hostess.

The host was amazing. The breakfasts were excellent. The room was warm and cozy. The bed was exceptionally comfortable. We had a great stay. Went on a snow hike plus one day of skiing. Great value.

Cozy, charming, friendly B&B option

My son and I stayed here for a ski trip and loved it, so we came back again this year for another ski trip with my daughter as well. It didn’t disappoint! Everything from our warm welcome to the suite to the two breakfasts was wonderful. And the location is super convenient to skiing at Belleayre and Plattekill. We'll be back again for a family trip someday!

Great place to stay in the Catskills

This is a delightful B&B! The host is awesome - she knows about all the little towns and restaurants in the area, her breakfast is a destination by itself! Farm fresh eggs, bacon, croissants, fruit - just delightful.
