“We had a wonderful stay at the Arlen Lodge! My husband and I stayed in the Arlen Suite which was very roomy with a nice living room area. We loved the breakfast, steam/sauna, and afternoon tea. Annalisa the owner was also incredibly helpful and such a sweetheart. Can’t wait to go back! ”

“I highly recommend this hotel because staff are helpful and friendly. Early check-in is very possible because they have the best housekeeping team. While we are having our breakfast, our room was nicely cleaned up so that when we return after breakfast, our room smelled great with lavender scent. What not to be missed is their gourmet dinner at a very good price and absolutely delicious. They also have free spa facilities: sauna, jacuzzi and steam bath for hotel guests’ usage. “The rooms definitely need renovations. The hallway to reach the room takes a good 20 mn of walk!! On top of having skied all day and paying no less of 700€ a night. The gondola is not even included to reach the town (only at check-in and check-out) which is an additional 22€ per couple per ride. The bed is not comfortable at all and still using 2 single beds which is not adequate for a couple. Room service stops at 9pm which does not make sense! ”
