“This is our 2nd evolve property rental. Loved the extra details like the dog biscuits and waste bags, nice grill, plenty of towels, and all the cook wear you could ever need. Easy check in, clean, excellent view of the lake, the deck is glorious and furniture was very comfortable, as well as the king size bed. Only minor negative besides the poor structure of the uneven floors, probably due to all the surrounding trees and roots, were the little black spiders I kept seeing and lack of stocked……

“We had a wonderful stay! This is a beautiful, new, and very clean home in a great location. The views are really nice, and the amenities, from the patio to the fire pit made it easy to relax and enjoy our time.The kitchen is well-stocked with cookware and utensils, though be sure to bring any cooking ingredient staples you might need (like olive oil)—we didn’t come fully prepared but made it work. Also, while the beach area is nice, it’s not kept up well and not super young kid friendly (which……

“July was the perfect time to come to this property! Absolutely picturesque, great weather, and virtually no bugs! The host had everything we could’ve asked for… And more. A unique experience was soaking up the steam in the sauna, and then jumping in the lake right after! Highly recommend :-) The sunrise this morning was stunning, and there are plenty of seating options to enjoy being outside as well. Thanks for letting us stay.”
