“Had to unexpectedly stay here for 2 weeks while my mom had medical emergency and was admitted to hospital. Stayed in 3 different room types and all were so clean and well kept up. Most importantly, the customer service was best I’ve ever had at a hotel which is even more impressive considering there isn’t the traditional lobby/desk staff. They respond 24/7 over text and were so accommodating given my mom’s medical emergency. Would 100% stay there again or any of their properties across the……

“Good place to stay for the night. However, there were a few things that would have made it better:1. In the second bathroom, there was no cold water for a shower. 2. In the main bathroom, there was very low water pressure with the shower. I wouldn’t know what to do to fix that, but a qualified plumber may be able to help.3. A few little added amenities would have been helpful and nice. Things like paper towels, Kleenex tissues, etc. ”
