“Great place, fun little cozy spot. Not as secluded as it may appear in pictures. Farmhouse is about 100 feet away, and there are numerous other rentals nearby, so we had people walking around the house while we were there. Nice house, really enjoyed our stay, but not very private or secluded at all. If that’s ok with you, inside the place itself is nice.”

One thing we do wish we had was fans in the upstairs rooms, as we stayed in the summer time and it did get quite hot up there. The owners were very helpful, and amazing with communication. “The house was lovely - it was in a great location with great views just next to Bromley Mountain. It was very clean, very cozy, and had everything we needed. It was just two of us for this trip but the house is great for larger parties as well! The layout of the house is perfect and allows for everyone to be together in the upstairs living room which has a large fire place. It’s also close to Stratton which was a quick 17 minute drive. I would absolute stay there again!”

“Met our needs. Small bedroom, nice kitchenette, lovely patio out back. Hostess was gracious and accommodating, even provided snacks, breakfast foods and coffee. Beautiful location, quiet. Cute country decor.”

“The place was fine but the ac unit was not working . The high tempatures and humidity it was 85 inside the majority of time . I rented this place to work and relax and I spent my time waiting for hvac appointments etc and being hot, not able to sleep becuase of the heat. If the air conditioning was working it would’ve been really nice .”

“My husband and I and two couples had the absolute pleasure of staying at Tony’s home. There were three couples, and we all had our own room and bathroom and enough room to completely spread out. The setting is spectacular overlooking the water with beautiful sunrises and sunsets .We had SO much fun in the game room and The communication with Mark was fantastic. “Overall the stay was okay. I am generally not a complainer, and have stayed in many rental properties. I was initially upset about the condition of the place, but I got used to it. It seems like the place is old and not well kept up. The inside of the house has a bad odor, also the septic smelled bad, so we had to keep the slider to the deck closed. I had to wipe down the kitchen table and counter because they were dirty. Lots of cobwebs (I have them too, but I don't rent my house out.) The bed……

“This was our second trip to this gorgeous property, and once again, we had a wonderful time. Our group of moms were able to relax in all areas of the home, including the pool and hot tub, fire pit outside and fireplace inside, and on the beautiful deck by the outdoor kitchen. Everything was clean and communication with the host was simple and easy.We so wish we could've stayed longer, but we will be back again next year!”

“Beautiful home with rustic-looking decor with everything you'd need for a gourmet kitchen. Only issue was a mess of flies that buzzed around the big window and were zapped by the bug zapper rather loudly.”
