“The hotel is a new building and it’s far from the city (an hour drive), which we really liked. At nighttime you can barely hear any thing but the sound of nature. The staff were amazing and very friendly our entire request were granted. If I’m coming back to Armenia this hotel will be considered for sure. “Our family had an amazing stay in a 2- bedroom chalet. The chalet itself was extremely clean, modern and cozy. The resort is peaceful, quiet, perfect to relax and enjoy serenity. “We were a family of 5, and stayed at an executive 3-bedroom suite for 8 nights. Pros: large suite Cons: poor room service, poor communications, unskilled staff, low grade/quality food Details: - The staff didn't clean our suite properly. We'd have to literally ask for the simplest things. Once, we ordered breakfast to be brought to our suite. The breakfast leftover was sitting on our table until we got back in the evening.
