The hotel's location was incredible—a secluded area surrounded by beautiful nature, with amazing birds that wake you up in the morning, making the experience truly unique. The food and facilities were decent—not modern, but fitting perfectly with the atmosphere and charm of the region. The staff was extremely helpful and provided great customer service. The only downside was the cleanliness of the room. Unfortunately, it seems like the hotel tries to cut costs on washing the bedsheets. When I arrived in my room, I found a few hairs on the sheets that clearly weren’t ours. I had booked two rooms, and for one of them, we requested a bedsheet change. While the staff did replace them, their attitude was not in line with the hotel’s standard. Over the following days, the bedsheets were not changed at all. I understand the eco-friendly approach, but cleanliness is essential—especially when the hotel is not cheap.

The place in general is kept in good condition. The staff is very attentive and nice; the buffet breakfast has a good variety and the good at the restaurant is good and the price are very affordable. We had a great time and we really recomend the place.

The property was clean but the staff was not friendly and the food was terrible!! We ate there once and disliked everything we ordered and it was super slow to serve even tho we were the only once there, as for kids my son had fun they had a trampoline and pool table and ping pong table so kid friendly, we lost power one night and there was no back up generator I guess it’s expected in these areas

Un excelente lugar para descansar y pasarla bien. Regrese con mi esposo luego de dos años y me encantó las mejoras del lugar. Las cabañas nuevas están súper acogedoras y muy lindas. La comida es terrible en el desayuno tipo una cárcel los huevos llenos de grasa solo salchichas cosas cero saludable. Lleven algo de comer si quieren comer bien. Lo mismo con el menú de almuerzo y cena. El internet es pésimo solo te puedes conectar cerca del lobby y por último la TV al no tener internet no funciona trate conectarme a claro TV y decía estaba bloqueado. Sumado a esto el baño en la salida de la ducha está súper sucio. Tienen trabajo que hacer en atención al cliente se me bloqueó la llave y la chica Diana solo decirme bueno no tiene buenos modales n a decir lo siento disculpe nada no existe en su manera de hablar háganse un favor hay mejores opciones que esta cerca del parque del café
